How much sugar makes the perfect tea?

We investigated how much sugar would dissolve in water to make the perfect tea for a sugary tea fan!

We have left some of the solution on the window sill in class to see if it is a reversible change.  If it is, we will be able to see the sugar once the water has evaporated.
